Refund Policy
Airson Shoes ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://www.airsonshoes.com/. By purchasing an item through this website you will be agreeing to the provisions mentioned below.
- Airson shoes does not entertain any returns or refunds due to a change of mind.
- Returns will only be entertained if the product is damaged/ flawed or if the wrong product is delivered.
- To return an order, email us at ecommerce@airsonshoes.com. within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- All return/exchange requests must include the order ID, query details, and, in case of an exchange, the reason for the request.
- Supporting pictures or videos must be attached to substantiate any claims.
- Emails will be addressed within 24-36 hours in the case of disputes.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the correct size was ordered and delivered.
- If the return is approved by the Airson team, the product must be shipped back in the exact same condition as it was received. All additional accessories or items must also be intact and returned.
- The return process, once approved, typically takes 5-7 business days from the time the product is shipped back to us.
- In the rare case where a refund is granted (solely at the discretion of the seller), the refund timeline may vary based on the payment method, taking anywhere from 1 to 7 working days.
- The Airson Team will analyze your request for a return. If it is approved, you will have to ship the product in the exact same conditions as when it was received. All extra accessories/ items must be intact and have to be returned.
- The product must be returned in Airson or Picaaso box in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.
- In case you have received a product that is incorrect or differs in size from what has been ordered due to an error on our part, we will replace it, subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the payment source or alternatively, in the form of store credit. Please note that this store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges if the product does not fit due to incorrect size selection during your order process. We encourage all our customers to carefully review their orders and utilize our size guide to ensure the best fit. It is your responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order, and we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns in such cases.
